Oohy-Gooey Bars

Oohy-Gooey Bars

Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix                                                        3 eggs

1 stick margarine (melted)                                         1 box confection sugar

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)                                  cake pan


Bottom layer:

                 Mix yellow cake mix, one egg, and melted butter. (I melt my butter in the cake pan, and then I don’t have to spray the pan with Pam). This mixture will be very thick and gooey. You will need to use the bottom of a spoon or your fingers to spread the mixture across the bottom of the pan.

 Top layer:

With a mixer beat cream cheese and two eggs together until smooth. Gradually add confection sugar to the mixture. Once everything is mixed well, spread mixture over the bottom layer.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
