Calendar Girls - February

This is our second Calendar page for our Calendar.  I absolutely love this paper packet.

I used the "Bottom Border-Photo Focus" layout from Reflections to create this page.  I also used the spray pen with cotton candy re-inker, create a shade pearl paint and water to spray on the black cardstock. This makes it shine when you look at it.  This piece is the 1/2 inch piece between the floral paper and the polka dot paper.  I placed the wings level 2 assortment black ribbon in the center of the polka dot paper and layered the letters for February on top.
